After allegations of fabricating complaints from a stalker, the Erie TV news anchor and reporter was arrested.
On July 11, Haley Potter of Erie was indicted and appeared in court after a three-month investigation that allegedly raised Potter’s false accusations of the stalker.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Potter told PSP Erie in April that she was the target of constant stalking and harassment by an unknown person.

Potter has been charged with forgery, criminal use of a communications facility, false reports to law enforcement reporting a crime that did not occur, tampering/fabrication of physical evidence, and much more. She is now under arrest, and the outcome of her prison term has not yet been announced.
