Conner Rockcliffe, 16, was another victim. He died at St. Louis Children’s Hospital early this week.
As pointed out by police specialists, Rockcliffe cut down a 2018 Kia Optima in a southbound vehicle path at the crossing point of Route 51 and Levelland Street.
