The actress performs three exercises in each of her daily circuits, including four reps and twenty models, and rests three times for a total of 80 to 120 seconds. Millie also does weighted squats, chest presses, Russian twists, inclined weighted crunches, hip thrusters, entrance raises, and other exercises.

Brown eats a well-balanced diet that includes fruits and vegetables, high-protein meals, and plenty of water to stay hydrated. However, Brown does not follow a strict diet plan due to her quick metabolism; she also enjoys eating at fast-food places and on her cheat days, she enjoys fries, burgers, and a Coke from McDonald’s.
